This Odd Tax Law Now in Effect at Walt Disney World

Beginning Jan. 1, 2017, the new Osceola County combined state and local sales and use tax rate will be 7.5%. As Disney’s All-Star Resorts are in Osceola County, the tax rate increase will affect room only bookings.

Disney theme park and water park tickets sold at Disney’s All-Star Resorts and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex will not be affected by the Osceola County tax rate and will continue to include the Orange County tax rate of 6.5%.
