Disney Treasure is Officially Heading to Florida
Yesterday, I watched as the Disney Treasure embarked on its transatlantic journey from Eemshaven, Netherlands, to its future home in Port Canaveral, Florida.
With over 4,500 miles separating the Disney Treasure from its destination, I know the trip will take about two weeks to complete.
She will make a quick stop - her first-ever port of call will be the beautiful city of Funchal, Portugal, where it will make a brief stop before continuing its way back out to sea.
I can’t wait to see the final preparations being made during this crossing to get the ship ready for its maiden voyage on December 21.
